PasswordBox CapsLockIndicator is not refreshed when host window is inactive

What steps will reproduce this issue?

1. Set cursor to PassWordBox
2. activate CapsLock
3. CapsLockIndicator is shown
4. switch to any other window
5. deactivate CapsLock
6. switch back to metrowindow

=> CapsLockIndicator was not updated and is still visible....

Expected outcome

CapsLockIndicator should be updated/refreshed correctly.

• Visual Studio 2013
• .NET Framework 4.5
