Drop the UWP support

**Describe the bug**

Creating the UWP is not the problem, the problem is to create correct and usable NuGet packages... 🙄

I will drop the support in the next version (6.0).

But I will try to create a new separate repository (or again here) for UWP and maybe WinUI too.

If anyone want to help me to create this with he new Sdk and .Net 9 then let me know :-D
