This pull request adds two mapping tables for
procedures. The first CSV fileproc_itemidcontainsitemidtoomop_concept_idandomop_concept_codeforSNOMED. The second CSV fileproc_datetimeeventsis fordatetimeevents. The concepts are also mapped toomop_concept_idandomop_concept_codefor eitherLOINCorSNOMED. Mapping codes were reviewed and verified by @xborrat.
