`progressViewOffset`, `onRefresh` props missing

First of all, thank you for your great work here.

I'm experimenting with adding LegendList support to react-native-collapsible-tab-view and discovered that progressViewOffset is not available.

Both FlatList and FlashList expose this prop, so if feature parity is desired it would be good to add.

I haven't yet investigated for workarounds.

I think you can use the refresh control prop

<LegendList
  refreshControl={
    <RefreshControl
      refreshing={refreshing}
      onRefresh={onRefresh}
      progressViewOffset={40}
    />
  }
  ...
/>

That would be a potential workaround, it's still a different API than FlatList.

Also noticed that contentInset and contentOffset are missing. Will create a separate issue for those.
