Release 2.2.1 contains a single commit on top of 2.2.0, which fixed an issue where the pipeline was not pushing proxy to ghcr.

Proxy 2.2.1 docker image is now available.

Operators should feel free to use 2.2.0 or 2.2.1, they are equivalent images.
