[BUG] Failure to create widgets when permission remembered #5858

Describe the bug
If I check the toggle "Always allow Lawnchair to create widgets and access their data" all additional widget creation fails.
Steps to reproduce
Long click on home screen to create a widget. Select "Always allow Lawnchair to create widgets and access their data".
Try to create a 2nd widget
Expected behavior
Widget gets created
