Request for help with this

I have been trying to go through the instruction provided but after a lot of time spent bashing away, I am not getting anywhere.
I have got as far as the symlink part. but afterward, when I try to find the dbus-i2c.py, and make sure the files are executable I am lost. I also read elsewhere that this service is now available in the package manager [https://github.com/Rikkert-RS/VenusOS-TemperatureService] but it does not appear to be in the inactive packages.
perhaps this needs to be added somehow. If anyone can point me in the right direction

After that you can use this in active packages:

I am looking inside package manager - Inactive packages
But I do not see VenusOS-TemperatureService.
It is not in the listed packages.

For other like me who are lost
In Inactive packages menu.
Click on new and fill in the credentials from Rikkard. Then you can download
