FEAT: Toggle to only enable focus-follows-mouse for komorebi-managed workspaces

For stacked window management, focus follows mouse behavior can be undesirable. It would nice to have a way to turn it off automatically for stacked/unmanaged workspaces (or a way to configure for each individual workspace whether it is enabled).
