The patch removes this pytest warning: WC1 None [pytest] section in setup.cfg files is deprecated, use [tool:pytest] instead.

It seems to break the flake8 python 3.5 ignores on travis |

May I suggest that this whole flake8-ignore is now completely unnecessary? Is falke8 still complaining? |
