Debuger Initialization error with tcl project on Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia

Short Summary

I tried to debug tcl project on Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia, but
Debug Initialization Error fired.

Steps to Reproduce

1)I had debugger free port debugger setting:

2. I had standard debugger project options:
   

3. But I had start to debug the Komodo Alert fired:
   

4. When I clicked "Ok Button" next Komodo Alert fired:
   

What is problem?

@alexey-gavrilov, try to reproduce the issue in "Safe-Mode"; Help > Troubleshooting > Restart in Safe-Mode.
If you're able to reproduce please enable debug logging for Tcl in your prefs; Edit menu > Preferences > Languages > Tcl > Debugging: Logging. Reproduce the issues again then provide the logs generated in the specified file and also from Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File.
