Support custom dashed attributes for 3rd party libs like HTMX, Unpoly, Alpine, etc.

Both #201 and #203 were efforts to add support for 3rd party libraries. But both baked the library names/implementation into dominate. I believe there is a simpler way to support such libraries while keeping dominate agnostic. PR incoming shortly.
