Please add ebuild for dev-util/gammaray-3.1.0

Current Gentoo ~amd64 has Qt-6.7.2 which dev-util/gammaray-3.0.0 ebuild won't build against.

I can confirm the same ebuild works to build gammaray-3.1.0 just by renaming accordingly.

Would be great if this update could be made in the overlay.
