Overview

#27 added a create-typescript-app.config.js with some explicit customizations ("refinements") on top of the CTA template. Bingo and CTA have since enabled inference for most refinements. This issue tracks removing create-typescript-app.config.js and inferring all refinements from disk.

In other words, removing the create-typescript-app.config.js file should not impact what happens when you run CTA in transition mode:

npx create-typescript-app
