Is `26.0.2-1` meant to be used?

It seems that this change #130 published a new version 26.0.2-1 to central and other mirrors

Is this version meant to be used? What are the release notes?

Answering your question, yes, the 26.0.2-1 version is meant to be used, nothing wrong with that version.
But it contains effectively no changes compared with the 26.0.2 one besides #120.
And unfortunately it isn't possible to unpublish that version according to https://central.sonatype.org/faq/can-i-change-a-component. I'm very sorry for the confusion.
