Dashboard menu's control's text color doesn't use config #1085

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The text (or icon) color for controlling Wi-FI/BT/Notifs/Sound/Mic all use $bar-menus-menu-dashboard-controls-wifi-text instead of their own config value.
This can be attributed to:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
In GUI or config, changing any control text color besides wifi has no effect.

Each label uses the corresponding label / text color in config.
