unsure how to use #89

Hey I'm working on a masters research thesis and assessing color blindness with data visualization and one of the visualizations I am looking at is Voronoi diagram, I am building this within unreal engine and really need a way to implement this into my source code, I am fairly confident at using c++ and only just learnt how to include external libraries, but I am unsure how to get your library to work with code, if you have time some help would be appreciated!
