- Based on discussion this week around code of conduct, research what models exist for handling violations beyond the ICC - Amy to check with Kirsta what the Leadership group is thinking also
 - Islandora ambassadors description and general user onboarding experience

-
Operating while there is no permanent chair
- Used to have a spreadsheet roster of who was going to chair and who was going to take notes, if someone is missing someone steps up
 - Chair of a meeting should prepare the agenda for the next week with action items
 - But this doesn't preclude anyone from adding items, additions can be made by all ICC members
 - System for rolling over the agenda, and pinging next chair

 -
Having a longer-term appointed chair could help with continuity
 -
Onboarding list envisioned as a one-pager with directions to what accounts needed on what platforms
- Could make it less intimidating for a new chair also

 -
February Open Meeting
- The install profile and a tour of the new sandbox, getting ideas on how to improve it - Rosie is willing and will also ask Nat if interested in presenting

 -
Code of Conduct discussion
- In an upcoming meeting, not necessarily the next open meeting, review code of conduct and discuss - it is a priority
 - In the event of an issue, language in our term of references says ICC will deal with code of conduct violations. Maybe this should be a subset of people? ICC members may not have enough bandwidth to also review violations
 - It can be challenging to find people to sign up for this
 - ILC will also likely need to give their input on this
 - How frequently do violations of code of conduct occur?
 - Mirko brought up potentially leveraging interest groups as a way to assess code of conduct violations

 -
There is some disconnect between the Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct, need to have conversations to clarify
- Need to consult with leadership group, Melissa, and Kirsta

 -
Github discussions: this is something that the committers themselves need to decide if a feasible format
 -
New doc for keeping track of possible open meeting topics for the future
