Updates from Aubrey and Committees
- Aubrey/Community Manager
  - Upcoming vaca Aug 6-15
- TAG
  - Chose who will attend leadership group meetings for this coming year.
  - Discussed questions around how to join TAG.
    - Discussed updates about Isladora.org pr/issue management.
- Metadata Committee
  - Feedback from the committee: Willing to try “being a Committee” with feedback about how it’s working after a year.
  - Received a draft ToR for the MC from the LG which will be reviewed/revised.
  - Next meeting is Sept 8 (delayed a week due to labor day). Will discuss ToR then.
- Documentation Committee: no updates
- Code of Conduct: will need to think about new membership soon
IslandoraCon Recap
- average attendance close to 90 each day
- Feedback: feedback has started to come in, for example suggestions on tweaking "lunch" time for various time zones
New Committees
- Mixed responses to joining new committees
- Aubrey will do one more push for new committee members.
- Community Involvement Interest Form
- Metadata Committee: in the process of reviewing Terms of Reference
- Documentation Committee: Terms of Reference accepted, will be posted shortly (some consideration of documentation structure was also discussed).
- Prioritizing Roadmap Committee
  - Initial draft of Terms of Reference reviewed; next couple of weeks will get it completed and members finalized.
  - Suggestion on outreach to the Drupal community as part of efforts for the Roadmap committee
  - Next steps: contact those who expressed interest, get initial meeting set for August
Plan for 2025-2026 LG review
- Aubrey reviewed and updated LG documents to reflect new proposed committees
- Existing Committees will consider additional goals for this year and bring back to LG
