Purpose / why

We now have at least five options for creating a site using make. We need a place where users can compare them directly

What changes were made?

We are adding a new page.

• Did the PR receive at least one approval from a committer, and all issues raised have been addressed?

I would love to see this PR merged even if it is missing some info.

@highermath (and others) what is is the bare minimum we can add to make it good enough to merge?

Is one of those things mentioning isle-site-template?
