Sonar for builds

@dannylamb In order to set up Sonar, looks like we want to generate a token (step 3 in that link) that connects Github's Islandora-CLAW with Sonar's Islandora-CLAW. I think you should do that, eh? I'm certainly not comfortable acting on behalf of CLAW and I don't think I can do it anyway.

This expresses a need for code analytics. May remain relevant. Requires a use case written. Code monitoring for Java and PhP builds. Some of this is in test coverage and styling.
