Improve Media (`admin/content/media`) view

Issues

• As is, does not provide clear/enough info to quickly/easily identify or limit to desired/relevant media when you have a lot of media
• When you add media to a node via the UI, you land on this page, which gives you no clear/obvious way to get back to the node you were working on

Improvements

• Add Fields: Media of (linked, so it is easy to get back to your node) and Media Use
• Order of fields: Bulk Update, Thumbnail, Media name, Media of, Media type, Media use ...
• Add filter criteria: Media Use (exposed)
• Sortable by Media of

I made the above changes in Sandbox and exported the config for the updated view
