Show/hide 'Children' tab using Context #1372
Description
Right now we check for certain field_member_of and field_model, but really what determines if a resource can have children is something else (e.g. tagged as a collection or a collection content type). Users will probably do their own thing, so it's best we let them control when the 'Children' tab appears.
