[FEATURE] Update for ProfessionalWiki/EDTF v3.0.0

**Overview of feature request**

[ProfessionalWiki/EDTF now has a 3.0.0 version ](https://github.com/ProfessionalWiki/EDTF/tree/3.0.0) which has some breaking changes from 2.x. We should evaluate if we need to update our use of their API before we can bump our version requirement.
