[BUG] Translation issues for multilingual site setup

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?**

• Have a site with multiple languages setup ie English and French or English and Tamil,
• Setup Advanced Search view and blocks.
• Implement Language switcher to switch between languages or switch between language code in site url ie. "https://example.com/en/..." and "https://example.com/fr..."

Which page does it occur on?

• In Advanced search view setup (page or block).

When does this issue occur? and

• Search Results Pager block:
  • the "Results per page" are not translated.
  • the display options "Grid" and "List" can be translated but the link will be passed with translated text of "List" and "Grid" which will cause the layout for these 2 display mode not work properly.

• Search form block:
  • the "Keyword" is not translated.

What happens?

There is some context text which are not wrapped around Drupal's tranlsation function.

To whom does it occur (anonymous visitor, editor, administrator)?

all user roles.
