GitHub Issue: Resolves Islandora/documentation#1118

What does this Pull Request do?

Cleans up the README.

What's new?

  • Eliminated a few CLAW references
  • Pointing to the official install docs for usage
  • Removing chunk on Tomcat manager, since you can't access it due to JWT restrictions

How should this be tested?

Read for accuracy, please.
