Updating 3rd-party version of GLFW to latest development version.
The purpose is get access to icon, cursor and additional new window APIs - 3.3/news.html
Modifying the CMake to build included version on all relevant platforms - recent versions of glfw3 are not available via apt, and based on this comment it seems the recommendation is to redistribute the 3rd-party.
