Tracked on [RSDEV-3114]

  • Does not throw on device constructor error. Will allow device to be shown in viewer, with partial capabilities and error messages. Before if there was an error the device was not shown and user cannot know if it is attached to the network or not.
  • Preparations for compressed streams support. Better handling of several streams of same type in sensor.
