Inspired by the logging capabilties of Shibboleth this PR adds some insight into the attribute flow. Also, it shows how to correctly escalate an UnknownSystemEntity exception from base.py to proxy_server.py. This is a first stept only and should be generalized for othere exceptions to avoid disguising various exceptions as "Uncaught exception" and produce tracebacks.
In addition, this PR allows starting the server from source, allowing debuggin in the IDE.
