This is part of eslint-formatter-friendly, which has not been updated in a while. Perhaps it's time to look for an alternative formatter. Do you know of any that you think would be better?

If we still like the formatter overall, we could probably fork or patch it to do what we need, and submit a PR upstream just in case it's merged.
