To enable free text search using API

Hi @emmanuelmathot , in order to enable free text search in the eoAPI (/search API), you mentioned that you need to enable something on your side. Could you please look into that? Thanks.

Could you handle this request and see how ths is enabled in stac-fastapi-pgstac?

Looks like Collection level free text search is already enabled in the staging instance. Item level free text search is currently not supported in pgstac or stac-fastapi-pgstac due to performance concerns etc.
