improvements on hyper://

enabled ipfs, now ipfs:// and pubsub:// works as it should

there is an issue with ipfs: and pubsub:, so those protocols are disabled right now. i am currently trying to fix those protocols, all other protocols works as they should.

downgraded to electron-builder v24, appimage should be fully working as it should
