Allow to filter storage list #35
Description
the list of storages returned by /rest/core/storages lists all storages accessible for the user - sometimes it is useful to filter this list so only "important" storages (i.e. no job working directories) are included. Ideally this filtering would be performed by the server. The PyUNICORE API should provide a convenient front-end for this.
