Thanks for reaching out. You're absolutely right that we encourage contributions, and I understand how frustrating it must be to not hear back.
You've correctly identified the challenge, AFAIK I'm currently the only active maintainer. I do my best to review contributions, but there can be delays during busy periods since I also have a full-time job and other side projects. Your PR is on my todo list, to ensure the information in the project is accurate, I need to do some research and haven't had the time yet. I will try to look at it this week.
I really appreciate your contribution and patience with the project!
