Use of deprecated tqdm.tqdm_notebook

tqdm.tqdm_notebook is deprecated in v4.36.0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use tqdm>=4.36.0
2. Execute like the following on Jupyter Notebook

import warnings
warnings.simplefilter("default")

corpus_parser = Parser(session, structural=True, lingual=True, visual=True, pdf_path=pdf_path)
%time corpus_parser.apply(doc_preprocessor, parallelism=PARALLEL)

Expected behavior

Use tqdm.notebook.tqdm instead of tqdm.tqdm_notebook
