Aa I understand the intension for this was to allow run particular users the tests in github, no own the tests. so maybe we have to change the file name.

@michalkuligowski As @anko-intel has already said, I would like to allow me and the members of my team to run the tests, instead of asking others every time it's needed. If You have any suggestions on how we could achieve this in a different way, I'd be happy if You shared it here.
