This Pull Request extends the Worker-Class with an optional process dependent skill level. The skill levels for each process are stored in a dictionary, where each key represents the specific process and the value is corresponding to the skill level for each process.
A skill level of 0.5 means, for example, that the process takes twice as long for an inexperienced worker as it does for a regular worker with skill level 1.
