This release addresses the following:

• Makes yaha source code available for the first time as an open source project.
• Adds licensing terms for use of yaha and its source code.
• Adds the test data that was used in the original yaha publication.
• Updates the yaha User Guide.

Move yaha release previously on http://faculty.virginia.edu/irahall/yaha to github.
