Add single integration test that uses GKE Autopilot cluster

Currently all of the integration tests in Skaffold use the GKE standard cluster.  Now that GKE Autopilot clusters are available it makes sense to have one or more integration tests running against a GKE Autopilot cluster to verify Skaffold is working as expected, namely for status checking and anything that gets information from nodes (multi-arch support, etc)
