Feat: Debug build mode

I was frustrated at the empty logs when building an app and i wanted to troubleshoot.

I want a --debug flag on the build command that logs a heck of a lot more

I tried building directly and running bubblewrap doctor

Can you let us know a little bit more about your use case? Which logs are you trying to see?

If you're having trouble compiling the app, a good workaround is going into the Android project directory and manually running ./gradlew assembleRelease (if you're on Mac/Linux) or gradlew.bat assembleRelease (on Windows) with flags like --info and --debug (bubblewrap already includes --stacktrace by default).
