Just a word of caution. CI OSX builds risk to be very long (Travis apparently has much less OSX machines than Linux), so we might want to have a way of easily switch them on/off. |

Use a separate section heading for the interactive maps part of the First Steps tutorial. This makes it easier to link to it directly.
