User Story

In order to better keep track of the metrics data, agency data provider wants the month and year of the data represented to be easily viewed (might also be good for the report download to also have it).

Acceptance Criteria

• GIVEN a data provider visits the metrics page for their org
  WHEN the page is viewed
  THEN the month/year of the represented data should be clearly visible
  AND the downloaded files should have the MONTH_YEAR as part of the file name

This was brought up as user feedback in the Open Data meeting
