Bundle wagtail-trash with Pipit

A common problem we encounter is that authors, by mistake, delete pages (and with them the entire tree).
Restoring them by database backup takes quite some time, while Wagtail-Trash makes it easy, even for authors, to restore content. We should therefore bundle Wagtail-Trash.
