Filters: Add "reset filters" button #222

In my own usage of the admin (both as a web dev / merchant and in doing support), I find myself creating filters, then wanting to clear the filters. Currently, this involves lots of extra clicks (if I click the filter icon, which is my first inclination) to undo everything I'd previously done.
The only alternative is to reload the collection page I'm on by clicking the nav. That's doable, but not super intuitive.
I propose we add a "Reset" button, perhaps up top somewhere in between the "Filter" and "Pin to Sidebar" text. Perhaps closer to the "pin" text (which could potentially be replaced with a 📌 icon, though I'm fine with text if we think that's better for usage and clarity):
