Wrong Language Detection Result for Traditional Chinese (zh_TW)

After updating to v5.2.0 (for Windows), Fedora Media Writer always uses Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) as UI Language instead of Traditional Chinese (zh_TW). The language detection was OK on v5.1.3.

It would be great if you fix this problem. Thank you very much.

Can you check whether #770 makes a difference? There will be a Windows installer with this change available here https://github.com/FedoraQt/MediaWriter/actions/runs/12007639679 once the CI is green.
