Tests / QA Steps

1. Log into New Expensify using an account that is on the accounting beta list
2. Go to workspace editr
3. Go to Categories page
4. Click one of the categories
5. Check you see the three dot menu and when you click the menu, you see the delete category option
6. Confirm you can delete the category
7. Go back to the categories list. Select multiple categories. Click "X categories selected" button. And check you see two options (delete and disable selected categories)
8. Do the same thing with Tags (you have to enable tags feature on the more features page)
9. Keep Tags feature enabled
10. Go to More Features page, enable the accounting feature, connect to QBO
11. After connection is complete, go to Categories page
12. Click one of the imported categories. See that you cannot see three dot menu no longer
13. Go back to the categories list. Select multiple. Click "X categories selected button". See that you only see one option (disable category)
14. Do the same thing with Tags

@hayata-suenaga, I'm a bit confused. Why didn't this PR prevent the action to manually Add tags as well when connected to an accounting solution? I can still do that on staging:

I can't delete them, so that's correct:

If you check the expected results of the linked issue to this PR, I think it's pretty clear what the expectations were for Categories, Tags and Taxes. If that was unclear, or if you're ever unsure or want further clarification, please don't hesitate ask.

As a next step to square this away:

• Can you create another PR for removing the ability to Add tag when connected to an accounting solution, please?
• Rectifying the ability to Add or Delete imported tax values will be taken care of here now: Make taxes read-only when connected to accounting integration #41785
