Action Performed:

1. Open the app or go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Sign up with a Gmail Address
3. Choose Chat and split expenses with friends
4. Complete the onboarding modal with any data.
5. Go to Concierge chat
6. Open Split an expense task

Expected Result:

Step 3 should show:
"3. Enter emails or phone numbers."

Actual Result:

Step 3 of the task shows two dots instead of one, creating visual inconsistency:
"3. Enter emails or phone numbers.."
