Question: why are generated python proto files added to the gitignore? Are those automatically generated when the sdk is installed? |

What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR introduces a SearchProjects RPC, so that the Remote Registry Server can provide a search method for the AI Workbench to retrieve project metadata based on search text and when a project was last updated. This includes pagination.
