Misc updates to get this repo more consistent with esri-leaflet:

• update to latest dependencies that esri-leaflet is using
• switch to rollup-plugin-terser
• switch from watch to chokidar
• update to semistandard 14
• update release process to generate siteInfo.js

when using esri-leaflet and esri-leaflet-renders how is it possible to inherit the style of the feature layer and just adjust the transparency of the layer? thanks for your work!
