It estimates the passed number of cycles by keeping track of the calculated cycle offset time of the previous iteration and them calculates the total passed seconds since first FLEX message. This calculated duration in seconds is then converted into days, hours, minutes and seconds add added to the
FLEX: FrameInfoWord:

This is extremely useful to seek into full length recorded audio as long as the audio was not cut. It provides the ability to seek into an audio file to cut and export a small portion as an audio fragment for further analysis if the decoder output shows an unexpected output.
