Add support for LM Studio #38

Hello, mister! First of all, thanks for the plugin, its amazing!
The only problem is: Ollama doesn't support Vulkan and is CPU only in some cases because of this (I have a RX 580), making it very slow when compared to LM Studio or KoboldCpp in these scenarios. I would help a lot if we could use LM Studio or something like this instead of just Ollama
